Died peacefully at Carpenter Court Aged Care, Merewether Beach after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Formerly of Newcastle.
Loving husband of Rev Christine Sheppard, Father and Father in law of Sarah and Owen, Pop to Olivia. Sophia and Joshua, Brother to Daryl and family, Son to Norm and Connie Sheppard (both deceased), Friend to many.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Phillips Catholic Church, Vista Parade, Kotara on 24 July at 11 am.
Due to health restrictions, this will be by invitation only. The service will be livestreamed, please contact Barbara King Funerals or the family for details.
